Aimed at introducing early years learners to the foundational principles of leadership through the Full Value Contract - a cornerstone of experiential learning. Conducted over 3–5 days at the ISL campus in Kanakapura or In-Situ , the programme immerses young students in nature-based activities, group challenges, and guided reflection built around five simple but powerful commitments: Be Present. Be Honest. Be Safe. Care for Self and Others. Let Go and Move On. Through outbound activities, storytelling, and team experiences, children begin to understand that leadership starts from within - with awareness, integrity, and responsibility. At the end of the programme, each child makes a personal pledge anchored in these values, carrying the Full Value Contract back into their classroom and everyday life.
