Aimed at mid-career educators, heads of department, and those who lead teams within their institutions. This programme focuses on the ability to influence, motivate, and bring out the best in the people around them. Participants engage in group-based outbound activities, scenario planning, and coaching conversations designed to sharpen their ability to drive change, manage conflict, and build trust within teams. The goal is to develop educators who don't just occupy leadership roles - but actively energise those around them.
