Lead

Aimed at developing leadership competencies such as Critical thinking, Communication skills, Creativity and Collaboration, which are considered as essential leadership skills for the 21st century leaders. These programs are spread over 5 days encompassing outward bound learning, case studies, scenario planning, role plays, and other problem-solving initiatives. At the end of the programme the students are encouraged to evaluate their current skills and the steps they need to take to continue to develop their leadership skills by setting SMART goals.
