Aimed at early-career educators who are stepping into leadership for the first time. Through experiential learning and guided reflection, participants explore their own leadership style, values, and strengths. The programme centres on self-awareness and personal accountability - building the inner foundation from which all leadership grows. Conducted over 3 days at the ISL campus, activities include individual challenges, peer learning, and structured reflection sessions that help educators understand who they are as leaders before they seek to lead others.
